Here are some tips to make your parking experience quick and E-Z!

Going to the airport:

You should arrive here 15 minutes before you would like to be at the Airport.  We are only 7 minutes away, but need a few minutes get some information from you, and to get all of your belongings on the shuttle.

Drive right up to the building and come on in.  If you have lots of baggage, pull in on the side of the building near the front door so you will be close to the shuttle when it arrives.

Here's what we need to get you on your way:

• The Date and Time you will return from your trip.
• Your Name and a contact Phone Number.
• The Make and Model of your car.
• The License Plate Number of your car.
• Your car keys.

You're on your way to the airport.  Have a great trip!

Returning to pick up your car:

We do our best to get everyone back to their car as quickly as possible.  The fastest way to get picked up is to first pick up your luggage.  Then go across the sky bridge and take the elevators to the 3rd level of the parking garage.  Cross over to the pickup islands.  Pick up the FREE courtesy phone and dial 74.  Tell the agent who answers your ticket number, and which pickup island you are at so we can pass that information on to the shuttle driver.  (The Island names are listed on the phone stands).  The airport does not allow us to make pickups from Island 2, which is reserved for flight crews.

If your return plans change while you are away:

Please call our 1-800-356-8802 phone number and let us know when you will be returning, especially if you are coming back early so we can have your car out and ready for you when you arrive.  If you do not contact us about returning early, your car may be parked behind other cars, and though we try our best, we may not be able to have it out and ready for you when you arrive here.  When you return late we generally have your car out and available already, but if you will be more than 24 hours late we appreciate your call just the same.
